Eligibility for Admission into MBBS course under NRI quota:
- No candidate shall be admitted to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course unless he/she has completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the academic year in which the candidate is seeking admission.
- No candidate shall be admitted to the first Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course unless
he/she has passed a qualifying examination as under.
- a) Two years intermediate examination of Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh under 10+2 pattern with Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology or Biology as optional that shall include a practical test in each subject.

- b) Any other examination of 10+2 pattern recognized by the NTR University in Andhra Pradesh or Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects, which shall include a practical test in each of these subjects.

- c) The pre-professional / premedical examination with Physics,Chemistry and Biology, after passing either the higher secondary school examination or the Pre-University or an equivalent examination. The pre-professional / pre-medical examination shall include a practical test in Physics, Chemistry & Biology and also English as a compulsory subject.

- d) The first year of the three years degree course of a recognized University, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology including practical test in these subjects provided the examination is a University Examination and candidate has passed 10+2 with English at a level not less than a core course.

- e) B.Sc Examination of an Indian University, provided that he / she has passed the B.Sc examination with not less than two of the following subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) and further that he / she has passed the earlier qualifying examination with the following subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

- f) Any other examination whose scope and standard is found to be equivalent to the Intermediate science examination of an Indian University / Board, taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology including a practical test in each of these subjects and English.
- The candidates must be children/wards of bonafide NRI resident
Note:
- The pre-medical course my be conducted either in a Medical College or Science College.
- The marks obtained in Mathematics are not to be considered for admission to MBBS course.
III. Candidate possessing qualification of the University / Board of an institution outside the State / Country should produce a Certificate of Equivalence from the Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, A.P., Vijayawada, India.
- A Candidate for admission to MBBS course must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. However, in respect of candidates belonging to Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes and Other Backward Classes
the qualifying marks should be 40% instead of 50%.

IRREVOCABLE BANK GUARANTEE

We,……………………………………………Bank, having its Branch at ……………………………… (hereinafter to be referred as BANK) do hereby issue this irrevocable Bank Guarantee at the request, upon application and on behalf of Mr. / Ms. ………………………………………………………….…, S/o. / D/o.…………………………….…………… (hereinafter to be referred as ‘STUDENT’) in favour Aditya Educational Society, represented by its Secretary, Great Eastern Medical School & Hospital, Ragolu, Srikakulam dist. – 532 484, Andhra Pradesh (hereinafter to be referred as ‘BENEFICIARY’)
WHEREAS the above named student got admitted into MBBS course for the academic year 2015-16 for the duration of full course of five years in the Beneficiary Institute and paid the 1st year fee of Rs.11,00,000/- and is also obligated to pay the fee of Rs.11,00,000/- for the 2ndyear period of course.
WHEREAS as per the conditions for admission and Rules governed there under, the Student is required to furnish an Irrevocable Bank Guarantee to the Beneficiary from any Nationalized Bank to protect the interest of the Beneficiary in the event of any default of the Student in payment of balance fee during the entire course.
Hence, in the event of default on the part of the student in payment of Tuition Fee of Rs.11,00,000/- or any part thereof during any one academic year of the course period, the Bank on behalf of the student thereby irrevocably, unequivocally and unconditionally agrees and undertakes to pay forthwith the said sum of Rs.11,00,000/- or part thereof the Beneficiary without any condition, protest demur or proof and without reference to the student and irrespective of and not withstanding any contest / objection from the student or the existence of any dispute between the student and the beneficiary upon the beneficiary invoking this Bank Guarantee with the letter of Invocation by surrendering this Original Bank Guarantee to the Bank. The Bank agrees to make the payment of invoked amount to the Beneficiary simultaneously on the Beneficiary submitting the Letter of Invocation along with Original Bank Guarantee.
The Bank further agrees that this Guarantee shall constitute an independent and autonomous contact between the Bank and the Beneficiary and shall not in any way be affected by any dispute or difference between you viz., the Beneficiary and the student of whatsoever nature. Finally, the Bank confirms that a mere letter from the Beneficiary that there has been a default on the part of the Student in payment of the fees, shall without any other or further proof be final, conclusive and binding on the Bank to treat the same as a valid invocation and for making the simultaneous payment of the demanded amount upto the maximum of Rs.11,00,000/-.
This Bank Guarantee shall remain in force up to 31.08.2016 and all claims should be received by the Bank on or before the said date.

Admission into vacant “B” Category MBBS seats (MCET-AC, 2015 Ranking
Based Management Seats) in PrivateUnaided Non-Minority Medical Colleges in
the state of A.P. for the year 2015-16 as per regulations notified.
The 2nd counselling for admission into “B” Category vacant MBBS seats will be held at Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada on 29-09-2015 from
9.00 a.m. onwards.The rank holders of MCET-AC-2015 who were absent in the1st counselling, the candidates who have not opted for any seat during the 1st
counselling held on 12-08-2015 & 13-08-2015 and the candidates from rank1199 onwards are eligible to attend the counselling,as the last rank selected
for admission into MBBS Course in the 1st counselling is Rank 1198.There is no 2nd counselling for BDS course.
FEE PARTICULARS:- The following shall be submitted at the time of Counselling.
Tuition Fee:-Tuition Fee for M.B.B.S.Course:–Rs.11,00,000/- in the form of
D.D. drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Secretary, APMDCMA” payable at Vijayawada.
University Fee:– M.B.B.S. course:-Rs. 25,000/-in the form of D.D. drawn on any
nationalized Bank in favour of “Registrar, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences” payable at Vijayawada.
Counselling Fee:-All the candidates who attend the counselling have to pay an amount of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of D.D. drawn on any nationalized Bank infavour of “Secretary, APMDCMA” payable at Vijayawada as counselling fee atthe reception counter of the counselling centre irrespective of their selection / admission.
NOTE: Candidates who paid the counselling fee during first counselling need not pay counselling fee.The candidates who paid university fee and tuition fee
for BDS course, will have to pay the difference amount of university fee and tuition fee.
Certificates to be submitted:
1) Original S.S.C. Certificate or equivalent Certificate which shows the Date of Birth of the Candidate.
2) Original 10+2 (Intermediate or equivalent) examination Certificates.
